Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of content and activities that are not permitted when using SexLoop.

SexLoop (“SexLoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered virtual companion platform intended for adults. By using SexLoop, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

• SexLoop is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• Users under the age of 18 may not use SexLoop.
• You may not create, upload, request, generate, or distribute sexual, sexually suggestive, or otherwise sexualized content involving minors.
• This prohibition applies regardless of whether the person or character is real, fictional, or AI-generated.

SexLoop strictly prohibits any content that sexualizes, exploits, or depicts minors in a sexual context.

• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Sexual or nude depictions of minors
  • Sexualized fictional characters who are minors
  • Loli, Shota, or equivalent underage sexual content
  • Age-regression content used for sexual purposes
  • Sexual content involving students, children, or other minors
  • Attempts to disguise or misrepresent an underage character as an adult
  • Requests designed to circumvent our age-related safety controls
• Describing a character as “fictional,” “AI-generated,” or “actually an adult” does not override this restriction where the content depicts or clearly sexualizes a minor.

SexLoop does not permit users to create sexual or intimate content depicting real individuals without their consent.

• This includes:
  • Celebrities and public figures
  • Private individuals
  • Friends, family members, coworkers, or acquaintances
  • Identifiable persons depicted through uploaded photographs
  • AI-generated images or videos intended to realistically represent a specific real person without authorization
  • Deepfakes, revenge pornography, or other non-consensual intimate imagery
• Users may not use SexLoop to impersonate, sexualize, or create sexual content depicting another person without their authorization.

SexLoop does not permit content that sexualizes, glorifies, or promotes non-consensual sexual activity.

• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Sexual assault
  • Rape or forced sexual activity
  • Sexual coercion
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Sexual slavery
  • Human trafficking for sexual purposes
  • Kidnapping or captivity presented as sexual exploitation
  • Sexual activity involving a person who is unable to provide meaningful consent
• Fictional adult stories involving conflict, danger, or other sensitive themes may be permitted depending on the circumstances, provided that they do not sexualize or glorify non-consensual abuse.

You may not use SexLoop to facilitate, promote, instruct, or meaningfully assist with activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Fraud or scams
  • Phishing
  • Identity theft
  • Money laundering
  • Terrorism or violent extremist activities
  • Illegal drug manufacturing or trafficking
  • Human trafficking
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Distribution of illegal materials
  • Attempts to evade law enforcement or regulatory requirements

You may not use SexLoop to target individuals or groups with harassment, threats, intimidation, or conduct that creates a risk of real-world harm.

• This includes:
  • Credible threats of violence
  • Targeted harassment
  • Doxxing or disclosure of private personal information
  • Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or real-world violence
  • Content intended to facilitate real-world abuse
  • Hate-based harassment or dehumanization of protected groups

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload, submit, or create does not unlawfully infringe the rights of others.

• You may not use SexLoop to:
  • Upload content that you do not have the legal right to use
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights
  • Reproduce or impersonate protected characters, brands, or individuals in a manner that infringes third-party rights
  • Circumvent copyright or other content-protection mechanisms
• If you believe content on SexLoop infringes your legal rights, you may contact us through the appropriate reporting channel provided by SexLoop.

Users may not interfere with, abuse, attack, or attempt to circumvent SexLoop’s technical systems, security mechanisms, or usage restrictions.

• This includes:
  • Circumventing content moderation or safety systems
  • Using prompt manipulation, encoding, translation, obfuscation, or other techniques to evade safety restrictions
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract proprietary models, systems, or technologies
  • Automated scraping or excessive automated requests without authorization
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, rewards, or platform limitations
  • Circumventing payment, subscription, usage, or access restrictions
  • Using stolen payment methods or engaging in payment fraud
  • Otherwise attempting to bypass restrictions or enforcement measures imposed by SexLoop
• Attempts to evade a restriction may be treated as a violation of both the underlying restriction and this Policy.

• You may not use SexLoop to distribute spam, malware, phishing materials, or unsolicited commercial promotions.
• You may not use SexLoop to manipulate referral programs, rewards, commissions, payments, or other platform incentive mechanisms.

• You are responsible for the content you create, upload, submit, or otherwise make available through SexLoop.
• SexLoop does not guarantee that every user-generated output will be appropriate, accurate, lawful, or permanently available.
• SexLoop reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content that violates this Policy, our Terms of Use, or applicable law.

If we identify or receive reports of violations of this Policy, we may take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

• Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, actions may include:
  • Removing or restricting access to content
  • Blocking the generation or publication of certain content
  • Suspending or terminating an account
  • Restricting platform features
  • Cancelling, reversing, or restricting rewards, commissions, or promotional benefits obtained through abusive activity
  • Preserving relevant information where legally required
  • Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law
• We may take immediate action when necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

• If you believe that content was incorrectly removed or that your account was incorrectly restricted, you may contact SexLoop support to request a review.
• When reporting content that you believe violates this Policy, please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account, character, content, or activity.
• We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate a report.

• We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, applicable laws, or safety standards.
• The latest version published on the official SexLoop website will govern your use of the platform.
• By continuing to use SexLoop after an updated version becomes effective, you acknowledge and accept the revised Policy.
