A Family Where Sex is Communication!
Incest as a theme in AV has become quite commonplace, but this work approaches it not from the perspective of traditional moral and ethical conflicts, but rather from a new family concept. It emphasizes deepening emotional bonds between family members through sexual intercourse and delicately depicts their interactions with one another.
This is a very ordinary family, yet with a unique way of life, where the father, mother, older sister, younger sister, and younger brother all use sexual acts to communicate with each other! Through this form of dialogue, family emotions are more tightly connected. You can see how nonchalant they are about engaging in sex with family members; it's not just a physical act, but also a means to deepen emotional connections and trust. Sex is the ultimate truth for expressing love, appreciation, and understanding—something that words simply can't convey. So, when I watched this film, I felt extremely shocked, with a powerful aftereffect! When love far exceeds sex, do those so-called ethical and moral taboos still matter?
The theme of this work might be highly questionable. Sexual relationships between family members are taboo in many societies, and this piece directly challenges that taboo.
From a cultural standpoint, this work can be seen as reflecting the transformation of family concepts in traditional Japanese society. As we enter the Reiwa era, various family forms are gradually being accepted. Therefore, it can also be viewed as an attempt to explore a new form of family.
