This is the fourth installment in the series that fulfills the dreams of middle-aged men through unrestricted sex, once again directed by Nagae Takami, the disciple of the Showa-era genius Henry Tsukamoto. I've watched every part of this series from start to finish, and the one I'm reviewing here is a special edition that freely expands on the central theme of "The General." The story is set in a company, beginning with the male lead playing a humble middle-aged janitor who sets the scene. Due to his lowly status, his colleagues are all rude to him, with the most vicious being the female colleague Ayumi Yonamine, who constantly mocks and insults him. In the entire company, only Matsuki Mizusawa is kind to him, and gradually, the male lead starts to develop a secret crush on her. One day, while cleaning up trash, he finds an intimate photo of Ayumi Yonamine and the boss in the bag. Knowing that both of them are married, the male lead quietly pockets the photo, but this action enrages the boss, who later confronts him, demands the photo back, and forces him to quit and get out. Helplessly, as the male lead is preparing to pack up and go home, he discovers an extra hat in his locker with the words: "Put on this general's hat, and the entire nation will bow to you!" Without thinking much, he puts it on. Then, the male lead's revenge begins. First, he makes the boss and the female colleague Ayumi Yonamine have sex in public, forces the boss to call Ayumi's husband, and also summons his own wife to the company so they can witness this humiliating scene. Throughout, he continuously shames Ayumi Yonamine, who can only submit as he keeps spanking her ass and then enters her from behind, extinguishing her former arrogance in an instant. Once both partners arrive at the company, the boss and Ayumi Yonamine are left stunned and full of regret, but the male lead doesn't let Ayumi off the hook; instead, he has the male colleague Hanako have sex with her and brutally ravish her. The male lead then approaches Mizusawa, knowing that his feelings for her will never amount to anything since she's already interested in another male colleague. So, he decides to fulfill his fantasies with her while wearing the hat. What's mind-blowingly surprising is that when Mizusawa takes off her clothes, her entire body is bound with red ropes and inscribed with lewd words, a stark contrast to her usual elegant demeanor. Faced with this shocking transformation, the male lead is overcome with desire and can't hold back any longer. He first has her perform oral sex on him, then thrusts deeply inside her, all while deliberately touching her body in front of her partner, creating a full-on NTR vibe.
