With both talent and looks, it's baffling to fans why she insists on taking on so many heavy SM films. We've been hoping for her to do some normal plot films for ages. Is Nana Asakawa really the "weird" beauty girl that "Dogma" claims—outwardly delicate but hiding a deep M (masochistic) nature? She doesn't just act it; she embodies it.
